My Background
For over twelve years, I worked in the British National Health Services' major teaching hospitals and clinics across central London. There I supported individuals with depression, anxiety, phobias, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders and pain management using a cognitive behavioural approach.
In 2016, I moved back to Geneva, where I spent my formative years to start my English speaking therapy practice to primarily support members of the expat community. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure to work with children on an individual basis, as well as in groups, conducting various workshops on anti-bullying and empathy for middle school settings. I also co-led workshops on wellbeing in organisations. Upon completion of the Co-Active coaching course, I have worked as a coach to help individuals navigate stress and find fulfilment and balance in their lives.
Having lived in several different countries including Germany, Sweden, USA, Switzerland, and UK, I am very familiar with the expat life, as well the concept of being a third culture kid.
My professional language is English, although I am fluent in Swedish and have a working knowledge of German and French.
